Responsibilities:
Key Account Management- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with real estate owner’s partners, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, efficiently solving any issues that arise to maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Owner Communication: Keep property owners informed about relevant updates, operational changes, and potential opportunities for enhanced collaboration.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly review and report on property performance and guest feedback to real estate partners
Hospitality Operations Oversight
- Reception Team Oversight: Oversee the reception team to ensure adherence to the highest standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
- Procedure Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with established procedures and standards within the hotel to maintain consistent service quality.
- Guest Experience Enhancement: Continuously seek ways to enhance the guest experience, leveraging feedback and industry best practices
- Training and Development: Facilitate ongoing training and development for the reception team to enhance skills and knowledge in guest services and operational best practices.
Corporate Sales – Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Strategic Client Engagement- Analyze market trends to pinpoint emerging corporate sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Implement effective strategies and plans to attract corporate bookings and partnerships.
- Networking- Represent FLOK at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to build relationships and promote our offerings to the corporate sector.
- Collaboration with marketing- Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials aimed at the corporate market.
Duty Management Support: Participate in the rotating duty management schedule, providing immediate response and resolution during operational crises to ensure continuous guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
Support to the Executive Team – Assist the executive team in implementing strategic business development initiatives to drive the company’s growth
Reporting: Provide concise and regular reports to senior management on key performance metrics, operational challenges, and progress on strategic initiatives.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure FLOK remains competitive and innovative in its offerings.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution and delivery of set KPIs
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantage but not required if prior experience
- Experience: 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related industry with a focus on client relations, sales, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of English and Croatian (written and spoken),
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines,
- Proactive, reliable, and responsible person.
